Are you looking to build a career in social media advisory? Want to manage the communities of larger, international brands? Able to say sju sjuka sjuksköterskor without flinching? Well, then we might have a job for you.

The Position

We’re expanding our Scandinavian footprint, and we’re looking for a native Swedish-speaking student assistant to join our social media team. You will work closely with our creative, digital, and client departments.

As a student assistant in the social team, you work as a community manager. You’re communicating with large audiences on behalf of brands, building and strengthening the brands’ relation to their audiences.

We’re expecting you to work about 12 hours/week, most of it from home. The position requires significant flexibility on your part. We’re open to increasing weekly hours at a later stage as our business in the Swedish market grows.

  • You work in a structured manner, while paying more attention to detail than most people would

  • You’re navigating natively in social media, and you’re an active user yourself

  • If you have previous experience working with social media – maybe even Business Manager – it’s a plus. We don’t expect this, however.

  • You’re great at writing, and you understand other people. Your Swedish is flawless (native ability strongly required). If you’re able to communicate professionally in Danish, it would be an advantage as well.

  • Maybe you’ve previously worked in a customer-facing role or in community management. This is not a requirement.

  • You’re at least 1.5 years away from graduation (we’d like to keep you for a while!)

  • You’re able to work 12 hours a week, of which 6-8 will be from home

Wibroe, Duckert & Partners is a creative agency with an outstanding record. We’ve been delivering impactful communication to the Danes since 1973 and to the World since 2015 through our WDP X sister companies in Silicon Valley and Tel Aviv. We work with only one goal in mind: creating brands that make a real difference in consumers’ minds – and on our clients’ toplines.

While we expect a lot from you on the skills side, we offer you the best conditions to succeed. We have a flat, meritocratic organization that lets people grow. While we would lie if we said we left the office every day at 16.00 on the dot, we offer significant flexibility for you to create balance as it fits you best.

I’m in. What now?
